Who Am I?

Hello, I’m Kubilay Berk ASLAN.

I was born and raised in Istanbul. Driven by my interest in digital technologies, entrepreneurship, and brand development, I have spent many years developing my skills across various disciplines and transforming my experience into lasting value through the projects I create.

Although my educational journey did not progress as planned due to health and personal reasons, I never gave up on learning and self-improvement. By shaping my career through my own efforts, I focused on exploring the opportunities offered by the digital world and expanding my areas of expertise.

I first turned my interest in esports and gaming into a digital project with Esporify, an esports and gaming news blog. Building on this experience, I later launched Betabuff. Within the CS:GO ecosystem, I worked on various initiatives with the amateur clubs Spey Side Esports and Splex Esports, achieving modest successes. I then gained professional esports experience as a manager and analyst for the Royal Youth Esports CS:GO Team.

Today, I primarily follow the esports industry for Betabuff and approach the sector from a broader perspective. While I continue my activities on a limited scale due to the current conditions in Turkey, I believe that individuals seeking a career in esports can access stronger opportunities by focusing on European and global markets.

My digital career began as a freelancer, during which I gained knowledge and experience in SEO, GEO, SEM, web design, web development, digital marketing, and brand management. Over time, I transformed this expertise into a more professional and sustainable structure by founding Niopy Digital Agency.

Niopy Digital Agency develops innovative, results-driven solutions tailored to the digital needs of modern brands. Its services include SEO, GEO, SEM, social media marketing, web design, web development, WordPress solutions, corporate email services, translation, and digital brand consulting.

My primary goal with Niopy is to help brands establish a stronger, more visible, and more trustworthy presence in the digital world by creating tailored and sustainable solutions that address their specific needs.

As I continue to learn, grow, and develop new projects, I use every experience I gain to build my future on a stronger foundation.
