Who Am I?

Hello, I am Kubilay Berk ASLAN!

I'm 24 years old, born and raised in Istanbul and I'm a typical Turkish youth defined as Generation Z. I am a high school graduate and my dreams of university did not come true due to health and emotional problems. But facing fate and accepting that life goes on is an important learning process.

I enjoy spending time with my 4-year-old Scottish Fold cat Duman, my only friend in my life.

I don't discriminate between sports, but I usually follow soccer and basketball. In soccer, I am a Galatasaray fan, and in basketball, I am a Stephen Curry fan even though I don't root for a team.

As an esports enthusiast, I founded the esports and gaming news blog Esporify.com. After ending the Esporify project, I launched Betabuff.com with the same concept. I achieved minor success in the CS:GO market with my amateur clubs Spey Side Esports & Splex Esports. Later, I took a professional step as both manager and analyst of Royal Youth Esports CS:GO Team and achieved significant success. Currently, I follow the industry only for Betabuff. The main reason I left the industry is the insufficient esports conditions in our country. Offering a realistic perspective to those interested in esports was effective in my decision. I believe that esports will not develop in our country; therefore, I suggest them to cherish their dreams for Europe.

As a freelancer, I am developing myself in sectors such as SEO, SEM and Web Development. I am working on projects that I have not disclosed and strive to build my future with my current projects. As someone who focuses on continuous self-improvement, I believe that you should not stand still, especially in sectors such as software. For this reason, I am constantly developing new projects and gaining experience.
